jiliko app Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using jiliko app. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on jiliko app. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
When you register, you are responsible for:

- Keeping your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
- Notifying jiliko app promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
jiliko app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow third parties to access your account on your behalf.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
All users of jiliko app agree to use the platform in a lawful and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game outcome, system function, or security measure.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform other than the standard browser interface.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
- Engaging in collusion, fraud, or any form of dishonest conduct in connection with the platform or its games.
- Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
jiliko app reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, restriction, or permanent closure, without prior notice where circumstances require.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All financial transactions on jiliko app — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
Deposits must be made using payment methods supported and displayed within your account dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring that you use payment accounts registered in your own name. Payments made from third-party accounts may be declined or reversed.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing times as outlined in the account dashboard. jiliko app reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Funds may not be transferred between user accounts.
jiliko app does not guarantee the outcome of any game or bet. The platform does not represent gaming as a means of generating income. All deposits carry a risk of loss.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Suspension
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliko app shall not be liable for:
- Any financial loss resulting from participation in games or sports betting on the platform.
- Technical interruptions, downtime, or errors that temporarily affect access to the platform or game results.
- Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
- Actions taken by third-party payment providers or banking institutions in connection with your transactions.
jiliko app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, regulatory requirements, or risk management decisions. Where an account is closed, any remaining eligible balance will be processed in accordance with applicable policy after verification.

7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content on jiliko app — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written authorisation.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services, providers, or resources. jiliko app does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms.
jiliko app may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of jiliko app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
